<aside> 🤝 48-Hour Minimum SLA
Forgehold sets a minimum of 48 hours for completing any task, provides progress updates for larger tasks, and re-aligns as needed for unclear task sizes.
Additionally, tasks that involve understanding complex business logic often require additional time for thorough processing. Please use the provided task template for such requests to ensure clarity and efficiency.
Important: Forgehold is not committed to showing visual evidence of unfinished work every 48 hours or less. Instead, alignment is ensured through messaging as necessary.

<aside> 🤝 48-Hour Minimum Reset
Forgehold will reset the 48-hour Minimum SLA for design revisions. If design revisions are requested following feedback, the 48-hour Minimum SLA will reset to ensure your requirements are met.
Any request made via messaging, including tasks, consultancy, mentorship, design guidance, or any other type of support, will trigger the 48-Hour Minimum Reset for any ongoing task. This means the 48-hour minimum completion time countdown will restart with the new request. Clarification requests or casual conversations will not trigger this reset.

<aside> 🤝 8-Hour Task Cooldown
Forgehold implements an 8-hour task cooldown period after the completion of any task to ensure high standards of quality and effective project management. During this cooldown, new tasks are not initiated.
This period is essential for conducting thorough reviews of completed work to confirm adherence to quality standards and for preparing strategically for upcoming tasks. It provides a structured interval that helps manage workflow efficiently, ensuring that each new task begins with comprehensive preparation and optimal resource allocation.
This policy enhances the delivery of services and supports the organization’s commitment to maintaining client satisfaction and achieving excellent results.

<aside> 🤝 Operational Hours and Request Processing
Forgehold’s official working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM PT. Requests received outside this timeframe will be addressed on the next business day. Any support outside this time window is not guaranteed, except for customers who purchased the Expedite Task Request.

<aside> 🤝 24-hour Re-processing Ongoing Requests
Re-processing any ongoing requests will require a minimum of 24 hours for re-planning and adjustments. This timeframe allows us to maintain the high standards of service and attention to detail that our clients expect.

<aside> 🤝 ETA Policy
Forgehold does not provide exact Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) unless the customer has purchased the Expedited Task Request. For general inquiries, a rough ETA can only be provided in the case of specific and clearly scoped tasks, but this does not constitute a commitment to meet the specified time. Please understand that these estimates are approximate and not guaranteed.

<aside> 🤝 Expedited Task Request
At Forgehold, we offer the option for expedited task requests, subject to availability and an additional fee. It's important to understand that expediting tasks directly impacts our planning and scheduled tasks.
If you need a task to be expedited for any reason, you can request this service for an extra fee equal to 1x your current subscription amount (in USD) per task request.
Please note that the additional fee applies per task request, not per project request. In this context, a "project" is considered a group of tasks (more than one task).
Visit the design expedite purchase link for proceeding if applicable.

<aside> 🤝 Urgent Small Task Option
Forgehold allows you to request one urgent task per billing cycle, but it is limited to small tasks. A small task is defined as one that can be resolved in a maximum of 30 minutes of continuous and non-interrupted work. Unused urgent small task credits expire at the end of your billing cycle. Urgent tasks are subject to availability. It's important to understand that urgent tasks directly impact our planning and scheduled tasks.
Examples of small tasks are: editing a simple slide deck where the content (text and imagery) is already provided, fixing a simple UI component on a specific software application or website, generating a marketing social network image out of an existing template, etc.
The urgent task option applies specifically to situations where all components are already in place, similar to adjusting an existing component. This typically involves swapping out images and text. For those who are familiar with Figma or similar tools, might be achievable on their own.
Important: Any design work that involves creation from scratch or requirements processing is not eligible under this policy.
